Marco Polo
Voice-activated device finder. Shout "Marco" — your phone shouts "Polo" back. Echolocation for the chronically misplacing.
The problem
You put your phone down. You know it's somewhere in the apartment. You spend four minutes lifting couch cushions before finding it under a magazine.
This is not a complex problem. It has a simple solution.
What it does
Marco Polo listens for your wake word ("Marco" by default) and responds loudly with your response word ("Polo" by default) through the speaker — bypassing the silent switch, because a device finder that respects your mute setting is useless.
Both words are fully customizable. Wake word, response word, response volume, repeat count. Everything you'd want to configure, nothing you don't need.
How it works
Built entirely with Apple's native Speech framework — no third-party dependencies, no network required, full on-device recognition. Privacy-first by design.
