Animated explainer produced during the early COVID vaccine development push — translating complex immunology into something a human being could actually follow.
Made in 2020 during the early phase of COVID-19 vaccine development, when the science was moving faster than public understanding of it. The challenge was to make the immunology legible without dumbing it down — to respect the complexity while making it followable.
Animation is the right tool for this kind of explainer. It can show what can't be filmed, slow down what happens too fast to see, and hold attention through material that would otherwise require a medical degree to process.
